Best AI Voice and Autodial Services in Kazakhstan: 2026 Comparison
By Марк Ингер, CEO at Pleep
For high volume phone outreach in Kazakhstan, Zvonok is cheapest at 11 KZT/min (about $0.02). For real AI conversation, the options are Pleep at 52 KZT/min (about $0.10) and AutoCall.kz at 57 to 99 KZT/min. Global platforms like Retell, Vapi and Bland are technically strong but weak on Kazakh speech, which matters more here than raw model quality.
Almost every English roundup of AI calling platforms compares the same five names: Retell, Vapi, Bland, Synthflow and CloudTalk. None of them mention that a large share of calls in Kazakhstan happen in Russian or Kazakh, that pricing is quoted in tenge per second rather than dollars per minute, or that local providers exist at all.
If you are running outbound or inbound calls into Kazakhstan, that gap costs you money. This comparison covers both sides: the local providers that dominate the market, and the global platforms, with the trade-offs stated plainly.
All figures come from the vendors' own pages as of August 2026, converted at 520 KZT to the dollar.
Two different products get called the same thing
The single most common mistake is treating autodialing and AI voice agents as one category. They are priced three to five times apart because they do different jobs.
| Classic autodialer | AI voice agent | |
|---|---|---|
| How it speaks | Pre-recorded audio or basic TTS | Generative AI, responds to meaning |
| Customer input | Keypress, "press 1 for sales" | Free speech |
| Handles questions | No | Yes, from a knowledge base |
| Handles objections | No | Yes |
| Cost per minute | 11 to 36 KZT ($0.02 to $0.07) | 52 to 99 KZT ($0.10 to $0.19) |
| Best for | Reminders, notifications, campaigns | Sales, lead qualification, booking |
Paying AI rates to announce a promotion to 5,000 people is waste. Using a keypress robot to qualify inbound leads loses the lead.
Local providers in Kazakhstan
These are the platforms that actually serve the market, and the ones global comparisons leave out.
| Provider | Price | Real AI dialogue | Kazakh | Notable |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zvonok | 0.2 KZT/call + 11 KZT/min | Separate AI tier | Yes | No subscription. Reports 1.12 KZT average call cost across 3.17M calls |
| Zvonobot | 0.6 KZT/sec (~36 KZT/min) | Basic | Yes | Stated 9 KZT average per conversation, launch in about 10 minutes |
| AutoCall.kz | Broadcast from 0.83 KZT/sec (~50 KZT/min); AI agent 0.95 to 1.65 KZT/sec (57 to 99 KZT/min) | Yes | Yes | Up to 2,000 concurrent calls, no charge for unanswered calls |
| HotCall.kz | On request | Call analytics | Yes | Predictive dialer aimed at sales teams |
| VoIPTime | On request | Partial | Yes | Full contact centre for larger operator teams |
| Pleep | 52 KZT/min plus subscription from 42,380 KZT/mo (~$81.50), or revenue share | Yes | Yes | Conversation continues in WhatsApp after the call |
Global platforms and where they struggle here
Retell AI, Vapi, Bland and Synthflow are genuinely capable, and if you have engineers they give you the most control. Two caveats apply specifically to this market.
Language. Kazakh speech synthesis and recognition are noticeably weaker on global platforms than on local ones. In a market where a meaningful share of customers prefer Kazakh, a robot that mangles it will underperform regardless of how good the underlying model is.
Setup cost. These are developer platforms. Budget for engineering time, English-only dashboards, and your own telephony routing into Kazakhstan. Local providers ship a working dialer out of the box.
Pricing, from their own pages as of August 2026. Retell AI quotes $0.07 to $0.31 per minute depending on the combination of model, TTS and telephony. Vapi lists $0.05 per minute for hosting, explicitly excluding model provider costs, so the real figure is higher. Bland is $0.14 per minute with no platform fee, dropping to $0.11 with a $499 monthly fee.
Comparing those single numbers against local providers is misleading, because telephony routing into Kazakhstan and the model costs are billed separately on the global platforms.
How to choose: five criteria
1. Actual conversational ability. Keypress menus are obsolete and people hang up on them. On a demo, ask the bot a question that is not in its script and see what happens.
2. Russian and Kazakh. Listen to a Kazakh demo specifically, not a Russian one. This is where the biggest quality gap sits.
3. CRM integration. Without results landing in amoCRM or Bitrix24, calling produces statistics nobody acts on. Ask whether the transcript reaches the record, not just the call status.
4. Billing model. Per-second versus per-minute billing changes the total by up to 40% on short calls. Check separately whether unanswered calls are charged.
5. What happens after the call. On cold lists, 60 to 70% of calls go unanswered. If the platform stops there, most of your list is simply lost.
Cost comparison
Calling 1,000 contacts with an average one minute conversation:
| Provider | Calculation | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Zvonok | 1000 × (0.2 + 11) | ~11,200 KZT (~$22) |
| Zvonobot | 1000 × 36 | ~36,000 KZT (~$69) |
| AutoCall (broadcast) | 1000 × 50 | ~50,000 KZT (~$96) |
| Pleep (AI dialogue) | 1000 × 52 + subscription | ~52,000 KZT (~$100) plus from $81.50/mo |
| AutoCall (AI agent, Gold) | 1000 × 57 | ~57,000 KZT (~$110) |
Simple notifications are three to five times cheaper. Conversion is higher on real conversation, so the number that matters is cost per booked meeting, not cost per minute.
Is autodialing legal in Kazakhstan
Calling customers is legal where you have consent to send informational messages, usually collected at registration or checkout. Cold calling purchased lists without consent breaches personal data law. Most providers also restrict campaign hours, commonly 11:00 to 21:00 local time.
Frequently asked questions about AI calling in Kazakhstan
Which AI voice platform is best for Kazakhstan?
For local language quality and fast setup, AutoCall.kz and Pleep are the strongest AI options. For cheap high volume outreach without AI, Zvonok. Global platforms like Retell and Vapi are better suited to teams with engineers who need deep customisation and are not dependent on Kazakh.
Do Retell, Vapi or Bland support Kazakh?
They support many languages, but Kazakh output quality is noticeably behind local providers. Test it with your own script before committing, because this single factor often decides campaign performance here.
How much does an AI call cost in Kazakhstan?
Between roughly 1.12 KZT for a short automated notification, per Zvonok's own reported average, and 52 to 99 KZT per minute for a full AI conversation.
Can I pay for results instead of minutes?
Nearly all providers bill per second or per minute. Pleep is the exception: alongside its subscription it offers a plan billed as a share of revenue.
What happens when the customer does not pick up?
Most platforms retry on a schedule. Pleep additionally messages the customer on WhatsApp, continuing the same conversation with the context of the call.
Do these integrate with amoCRM and Bitrix24?
AutoCall, Zvonok, HotCall, VoIPTime and Pleep all integrate with common CRMs. Confirm that the call transcript is written to the record, not only the call outcome.
