Privacy Policy for Personal Data

Effective Date: September 25th, 2026

This Privacy Policy for Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") is a public Agreement entered into between the owner of the service, Limited Liability Partnership "Pleep" (Seller), and the Buyer in accordance with Article 387 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is based on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and its Protection" and applies to information containing the personal data of Buyers that the service https://pleep.app (hereinafter referred to as the "service") may obtain about Buyers during their use of the service’s website.

1. Definition of Terms

  • Personal Data — information relating to a specific or identifiable subject of personal data, recorded on an electronic, paper, and/or other material medium.
  • Non-personal Data — information that is automatically transmitted during the process of the Buyer viewing advertising blocks and visiting pages where a statistical script system is installed: the address of the requested page, cookie information, IP address, browser information, referrer (the address of the previous page), access time.
  • Collection of Personal Data — actions aimed at obtaining personal data.
  • Processing of Personal Data — actions aimed at accumulating, storing, modifying, supplementing, using, disseminating, depersonalizing, blocking, and destroying personal data.
  • Protection of Personal Data — a set of measures, including legal, organizational, and technical, carried out for the purposes established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection."
  • Service — the Internet site located on a server in Almaty and having an Internet address at https://pleep.app, where subscription plans are offered to Buyers for purchase.
  • Service of the Internet Site — all services available for use on the site https://pleep.app and its subdomains.
  • Buyer — a user of the service.
  • Seller — Limited Liability Partnership "Pleep," being the owner of the service, BIN 240440005668.
  • Cookies — small text files into which the browser records data from the sites visited by Buyers. Cookies perform a number of functions, such as allowing the Buyer to efficiently navigate between pages, remembering their preferences, and thus improving the interaction experience with the service.
  • IP-Address — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol, allowing the location of the Buyer to be determined. The service does not track the location more specifically than the city and region.

2. Subject of the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy establishes the Seller’s obligations for the non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the Buyer provides at the request of the Seller when registering on the service’s website and/or when purchasing a subscription plan.

Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the Buyer by filling out a registration form on the service’s website and includes the following information:

  • the Buyer's last name, first name, patronymic (patronymic – optional);
  • the Buyer's contact phone number;
  • the Buyer's email address.

As part of the integration with Google Calendar, the service obtains and processes the following data:

  • Calendar statuses (e.g., busy or free).
  • Calendar events (including creation, modification, and deletion).
  • Access and refresh tokens needed for authentication

Google user data granted by the Buyer to the Seller by connecting the Google Calendar integration plugin through the service’s interface is stored only for the duration necessary to provide plugin functionality. The Buyer can remove the Google Calendar integration plugin at any time through the service’s interface, resulting in the invalidation of access and refresh tokens granted to the Seller, and the deletion of all related Google user data (including tokens) from the Seller’s database.

As part of the integration with Meta Lead Ads, when the Buyer connects their Meta advertising account and enables lead delivery, the service receives and processes the following data about persons who submit the Buyer’s lead form ("Leads"):

  • the Lead's name;
  • the Lead's phone number;
  • the Lead's email address;
  • identifiers of the form and advertisement through which the Lead was submitted.

This data is submitted voluntarily by the Lead inside Meta’s instant form for the express purpose of being contacted by the Buyer. The Seller acts as a processor on behalf of the Buyer in respect of this data.

Lead data received through the Meta Lead Ads integration is stored for as long as the Buyer's account remains active and is deleted within 90 days of the account being closed or the advertising account being disconnected. A Lead may request deletion of their data by contacting the Seller at contact@pleep.app, and such requests are completed within 30 days. Lead data is used solely to contact that Lead on behalf of the Buyer whose form they submitted, and is not merged with other data sets, used to build advertising audiences, or transferred to third parties.

As part of connecting a personal Telegram account through the Pleep bot (Telegram's Chat Automation feature), when the Buyer adds the Pleep bot in their Telegram account settings and gives consent in the service's interface, the service receives and processes the following data, only in the private chats the Buyer selected in their Telegram settings:

  • the text and attachments (photos, videos, voice messages, documents) of messages from the Buyer's conversation partners and of the Buyer's own messages in those chats;
  • the conversation partner's Telegram name, username and identifier;
  • the Buyer's Telegram account identifier and the rights the Buyer granted to the bot.

This data is used solely to provide services to that Buyer: so that the service's AI agent can prepare and send replies on the Buyer's behalf, and so that the Buyer can see the conversation in the service and, if the Buyer has set this up, in the CRM the Buyer connected. To prepare replies, message text is passed to the artificial intelligence model providers the service works with; the Buyer authorizes this when connecting. The Seller does not use this data to train artificial intelligence models or for advertising, and does not disclose it to any other third parties without the Buyer's permission, except as required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Every message the AI agent sends on the Buyer's behalf is visible to the Buyer in Telegram and in the service. Conversations are stored for as long as the Buyer's account in the service remains active, so that the Buyer can see the conversation history. The Buyer can disconnect the Pleep bot at any time in Telegram settings (Settings → Chat Automation) or in the service's interface, after which the service stops receiving new messages. The Buyer and their conversation partners may request deletion of their data by contacting the Seller at contact@pleep.app.

Any other personal information not specified above (browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is also subject to secure storage and non-disclosure, except in cases provided for in paragraphs 4.3.2. and 4.4. of this Privacy Policy.
