Voice Agent Improvements

Voice agents now have granular settings for function calls. You can configure whether the agent should say something before calling a function, set background audio for long-running functions, and choose what happens when transferring to a human operator — end the call or keep it active.

Test calls made from the voice agent page now generate dialogs visible in monitoring. Each dialog includes the call recording, transcription, and function call history.

The Testing page now has a "Call" button to trigger a test call directly inside the chat. The agent takes the existing text chat history into account. The agent can also initiate a call on its own — when asked by the user or when conditions defined in the assistant prompt are met.

Voice agents now have access to all available functions, including custom ones created by the user. Function call history is shown in the call transcript.

The UI and statistics for voice broadcasts have been improved. Each call in a broadcast now generates its own dialog in monitoring.

Voice recording is now available directly on the page for the voice cloning function, and voices can now be filtered by language.
