Updated Pleep Pricing Plans

Hello, dear customers. Over the past few months, we've made significant improvements to the platform. Here's what's new and how it affects pricing.

  • Hallucination protection — we've added a system that analyzes threats in real time. The AI detects provocations and blocks hallucinations. The AI agent no longer makes up information and responds strictly based on your data, protecting your reputation.

  • New AI model — we've upgraded to a more powerful language model. Responses are now more accurate, natural, and better at closing customers.

  • Automatic quality checks — we've enabled checks for language matching, correct phrasing, and response relevance.

  • Detailed analytics — you can now see unit economics and the performance of every conversation in the dashboard: how many conversations the AI closes and how it compares to your human managers.

  • Payment in tenge via Freedom Pay — you can now pay in tenge without being tied to the dollar exchange rate. No overpaying due to currency fluctuations.

  • Lite — from 42,500 KZT/month

  • Business — from 68,500 KZT/month

  • Pro — from 131,000 KZT/month

We know that price increases are always a sensitive matter. Since you've been with us from the early stages, we don't want to pass this increase on to you all at once.

Until January 10, you can lock in the old pricing for 3 months.

How it works:

  1. Before January 10, you switch to the legacy plan at the old price
  2. We don't charge you immediately — we simply change your plan
  3. When your current subscription ends, you'll be charged for 3 months at the old price
  4. You save up to 40% compared to the new plans

Example: Your subscription runs until January 20. You switch to the legacy plan before January 10. On January 20, when your subscription ends, you're charged for 3 months at the old price.

What happens next:

If you want to keep the old price: click the link below and switch to the legacy plan before January 10. When your current subscription ends, you'll get 3 months at the old price.
