Scheduled Messages

We've added a new feature that solves a common problem in sales: when a customer asks to be contacted later, and the manager forgets or loses track.

Customers often write things like "message me in 5 minutes." Previously, the AI sales agent could only reply "okay" but had no way to actually return to the conversation on its own. The customer would wait, never receive a follow-up, and leave.

Now the AI agent can schedule messages for a specific time. When a customer asks to be contacted later, the agent:

  1. Gets the current date and time
  2. Schedules the message for delivery
  3. Returns to the conversation exactly when needed

Everything happens automatically — no human operator required.

In the "Extensions" section, you can add custom instructions for this feature. For example: "only schedule messages if the customer explicitly asks" or "don't offer scheduling proactively." The AI agent will follow these rules every time.
