Scenarios in Pleep
Scenarios let the AI agent move leads through your funnel on its own. The agent can message a client who hasn't responded for a while, or react the moment a lead enters a specific status, and push it further down the funnel.
If you've used salebot, Scenarios fully replace that functionality. The AI agent can now be configured in extreme depth to automate the entire funnel and increase conversion — and, in turn, sales.
A scenario triggers in two cases:
- a client doesn't respond for a set amount of time in a specific status (for example, 2 hours in the "awaiting payment" status);
- a client enters a specific status (for example, "couldn't reach").
When a scenario triggers, it can perform several actions at once:
- send a template message;
- ask the AI agent to write a message following unique instructions;
- send a broadcast via WABA;
- move the client to a different status;
- add a note about the client;
- fill in specific fields in the client card;
- notify a human operator.
It all works natively with Pleep CRM — the CRM system built right into Pleep.
