Public Broadcast API

Public API for sending broadcasts is now available to all clients. Your AI agent can now message customers first — automatically, triggered by any external event.

Any trigger can start a conversation. A customer fills out a form on your website, a deal moves to a new stage in your CRM, or a scheduled event fires — your system sends a request to the Pleep API, and the agent reaches out via WhatsApp. The entire flow is automated.

How it works. Send a POST request to the Pleep API with the recipient's phone number and an approved WhatsApp template. The API supports both single and bulk sends, with detailed response statuses for each recipient.
