AI Agent Transparency Updates

Reason for no response is now displayed. If the AI agent didn't reply — for example, because the message arrived outside working hours — the dashboard now shows the exact reason directly in the conversation view.

Knowledge base sources are visible for every response. Each AI-generated reply now has a "Sources" button showing which knowledge base entries were used. You can open any source and edit it right there.

Capabilities list shown after agent creation. When you finish setting up a new AI agent, the dashboard now displays what the agent can do.
