Google Calendar Integration Upgrade

Google Calendar is now the most advanced calendar integration in the CIS. We shipped all the features clients requested — the AI agent is now more flexible and adapts to complex business workflows.

The AI can book multiple clients per slot and work across multiple calendars. Set a simultaneous-bookings limit so the AI fills each slot up to your cap. Connect several calendars and add labels — the AI routes bookings to the right calendar by condition. For example, individuals to one manager and businesses to another.

The AI reschedules and cancels meetings on its own. If a client changes plans, the AI updates the booking without your involvement. You can also enable reminders — the AI notifies the client a configured time before the meeting.

Flexible invitation settings and simpler setup. Choose whether to request the client's email, send an invite, and create a Google Meet link. No more calendar IDs — connecting takes a minute.

The update is available to all clients under Integrations → Google Calendar.
