Knowledge Base Update: Files and Data Sources

A new «Files» data type has been added to the Knowledge Base, replacing the separate «AI Assistant File Sending» section. Files can now be uploaded directly within the unified Knowledge Base interface — either as standalone entries with a description, or as attachments to existing text chunks. When a file is attached to a text chunk, a description is optional; if multiple files are attached to a single chunk, a description helps the assistant choose the right file based on conversation context. These changes significantly improve the accuracy of file delivery by the assistant.
When uploading spreadsheets or documents, any file links contained within them are now processed automatically and attached to the relevant chunks — no manual uploading required. The MoySklad integration has been moved into the Knowledge Base section and now functions as a full data source: products, their details, and product images are pulled in and attached to chunks automatically. Data syncs once per day, and a manual sync button is available for immediate updates.
