Personal Telegram Now Connects via Official Method

Pleep's AI agent now connects to personal Telegram via the official method — through the "Chat Automation" section in Telegram settings. Previously, the only option was phone number login, which Telegram does not endorse and may ban accounts for. The new method requires no code, no password, and carries no risk of being blocked.

Customers see no difference. They see a normal conversation with you. Only you see the "Pleep" label under the agent's replies.

You decide which chats the agent handles: all chats, new ones only, or a custom selection. If you reply to a customer yourself, the agent hands that conversation over to you.

Multiple accounts can be connected to one agent — for example, yours and your managers'. Each account is connected and disconnected independently.

Important limitations of the official mode: the agent replies instantly, but can only follow up within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Sending first messages and broadcasting are not available in this mode — phone number login remains the option for broadcasts, with the same ban risk as before.
