Over the past year, Pleep has evolved from a simple AI assistant builder into a full-featured ecosystem for automated sales and customer communication. January 2025: Pleep Assistants — A New Standard for AI Communication
The Problem We Solved
AI assistants on the market were far from ideal. They communicated like robots, sent overly long messages, could not handle objections, and sometimes even fabricated information about your business. Clients could tell immediately they were talking to a bot, which eroded trust and killed conversions.
What We Built

August 2024: Google Calendar, Teamup, and amoCRM Integrations

Google Calendar Integration
The AI assistant now works directly with Google Calendar, automatically selecting available slots and offering them to clients. After agreeing on a time, the assistant independently creates a meeting in your calendar. No more back-and-forth emails or missed appointments.

For teams using TeamUp as an alternative to Google Calendar, we built the same functionality. The AI assistant selects and offers available slots, and automatically books meetings — keeping your schedule synchronized.

amoCRM Integration
This was one of our most requested features. Now every time someone writes to your assistant through any connected channel, a lead card is automatically created in amoCRM with the entire conversation visible.
The integration is smart about handoffs: if you write messages directly from the CRM system, the dialogue mode automatically switches to operator mode and the assistant steps aside. This means seamless transitions between AI and human communication.

April 2025: WhatsApp Business API (WABA) Integration
The Problem
"Gray" WhatsApp integration worked unstably. This was not something we could fix on our end — it is a fundamental limitation of unofficial WhatsApp integrations. Businesses were experiencing dropped connections, missed messages, and unreliable delivery.
The Solution
WABA (WhatsApp Business API) completely solves this problem. Stability and reliability are officially guaranteed by WhatsApp. You can connect your AI salesperson to WABA in just 10 minutes — company verification is not required.

October 2025: Detailed Analytics — Know Exactly What Your AI Earns
The Problem

How It Works
In the "Statistics" section, click "Enable detailed analytics" and specify:

- The conversion cycle — how many days a client usually takes to complete the target action
The system analyzes the last 100 chats in 5 minutes. After that, new conversations are analyzed automatically every 24 hours. You get:

- Response speed of the AI salesperson and operators
- Time change graphs showing trends over days and weeks
