Wazzup Alternatives in Kazakhstan: 7 Services and Honest Pricing in 2026
By Марк Ингер, CEO at Pleep
Most "Wazzup alternatives" roundups are written for the Russian market: prices are in rubles and the list is ChatApp, Pact, Radist.Online, Whatcrm and i2crm. None of that applies in Kazakhstan. Here the questions are different: what does a channel cost in tenge, who pays Meta for the messages, is there Kazakh language support, and do you actually need a CRM connector at all rather than an AI agent that answers the customer itself.
Wazzup solves one specific problem: it pulls WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram conversations into an amoCRM or Bitrix24 deal card so managers can reply from a single window. It is a layer on top of your CRM, not a salesperson. That is why three completely different classes of product get called a "Wazzup alternative", and half of all bad choices start right there.
Three kinds of service that get called a Wazzup alternative
| Type | What it does | Who you pay for messages | When it is your case |
|---|---|---|---|
| CRM connector | Pushes chats into amoCRM or Bitrix24, managers reply | The platform, which settles with Meta | You have a sales team and a CRM |
| WABA provider | Gives you the official channel and broadcasts, minimal UI | Usually Meta directly | High broadcast volume, own stack |
| AI sales agent | Runs the dialogue, qualifies, closes | Depends on the platform | More inquiries than people |
Wazzup is the first type. If you are switching only because it is expensive or a channel is missing, you need a different connector or a WABA provider. If the problem is that managers cannot keep up, swapping connectors changes nothing: humans still write every reply.
What Wazzup actually costs in Kazakhstan
Public sources disagree, and that is worth checking before you move.
Per the WabaFlow comparison dated 2 August 2026, a WhatsApp Business API channel on Wazzup costs 36,000 KZT/mo, a marketing message is 54.01 KZT and a service message 5.89 KZT, and the price list converts at a fixed 605.89 KZT per euro while the National Bank rate on that date was 544.68 KZT. The gap between their rate and Meta's tariff stays with the platform.
Per the WASync comparison, Wazzup bills per channel by chat volume: $15 for 50 chats, $30 and $45 for 500 chats, $90 for unlimited, with 20% off on annual billing and a 3-day trial. WhatsApp groups are only available on the $45 and $90 tiers.
The number of ready CRM integrations also differs between sources: from "over 20" to "50+". The practical conclusion is simple — do not take the number from a roundup, open their list and find your CRM and your chat volume in it.

Which alternative fits which business
Wazzapo — an AI bot and a funnel on a small budget
A Kazakhstani platform with an AI bot, a visual flow builder, a CRM and a sales funnel. Per their own price list, Starter is 5,000 KZT/mo and already includes AI chatbots, the funnel, Telegram and Instagram Direct; Business is 25,000 KZT/mo for up to three WhatsApp numbers and five agents; Pro is 50,000 KZT/mo with no limits. Messages are billed at Meta's rates with no platform markup. Their site lists integrations with Kaspi, amoCRM, Bitrix24, MoySklad, iiko and OLX. A logical step for a small business that hit Wazzup's price ceiling but wants more than chats relayed into a CRM.
GoFlow — if you broadcast a lot
The main difference from Wazzup is not features but who you pay for messages. GoFlow charges 30,000 KZT/mo for the platform in Kazakhstan, and you pay Meta directly from your own card at Meta's rates. By WabaFlow's calculation, at 5,000 marketing messages a month the gap versus Wazzup is roughly 134,000 KZT. There is a built-in CRM with deals and a pipeline, an iiko integration, servers in Kazakhstan and Kazakh-language support. The weak spot is channel coverage: Instagram was the only extra channel added as of August 2026.
Umnico — many channels, cheaply
More than 20 channels in one window: WhatsApp Business API, Telegram, Instagram, Viber, MAX, VKontakte, Avito, email and a live chat widget for your site. Kommo and Bitrix24 integrations are free and you pay only for channels, from $5.2 a month. There is a GPT chatbot, triggers, auto-replies, bulk messaging, a REST API with webhooks, a mobile app, group chats and a 3-day trial. Billing is in dollars and there is no Kazakh language, which counts against it for a purely local business.
WASync — if it is Bitrix24 and WhatsApp only
Narrow by design: one CRM, one channel, but deep. Every message lands in the lead, the deal and the timeline, AI replies are generated from your Bitrix24 data, there is no chat limit, WhatsApp groups and voice notes are included from $19, a Platform API and MCP server are a separate $12/mo option, and the trial runs 7 days. If you have several CRMs or need Telegram and Instagram, it is not your tool — their own page says so.
Kelesu — if Kazakh is the priority
Official WhatsApp Business API, a shared inbox, two-way amoCRM and Bitrix24 integrations, a bot builder and an AI assistant that answers from a knowledge base, books appointments, transcribes voice notes and hands the conversation to an operator. The AI works in Russian and Kazakh, billing is in tenge, and WABA plus AI runs about 70,000 KZT/mo. Two channels: WhatsApp and Instagram Direct.
Pleep — if the problem is response speed, not the CRM
Pleep replaces part of a manager's work rather than a connector. One AI agent answers in WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and the site widget, calls the customer by voice and continues that same conversation in chat with full context. It has its own CRM and kanban, and you can take over any thread manually — the agent goes quiet on that lead and comes back in one click. WhatsApp connects through Meta's Embedded Signup in coexistence mode: WhatsApp Business keeps working on the phone, and messages sent from the phone are visible in Pleep.
Pricing: Light is 42,380 KZT/mo ($81.50) at 1,500 text messages with no voice; Business is 68,380 KZT/mo ($131.50) at the same volume, with three messengers, amoCRM and Bitrix24, Google Calendar and Altegio, MoySklad, broadcasts and automatic follow-ups. Voice is billed separately at 50 KZT per minute in tenge or $0.12 per minute in dollars — two independent prices, not a currency conversion. Quarterly billing takes 10% off, and Meta's fees sit on top. There is a separate pay-for-results program: a percentage of closed deals with no subscription, with the rate set against your average order value and agreed individually. The trial is 7 days.
A feature-by-feature breakdown lives on the Pleep vs Wazzup page.
Why Russian-market roundups will not help you
The most visible "Wazzup alternatives" pages list Whatcrm (from 1,550 RUB/mo), ChatApp (from 600 RUB/mo), Pact (from 1,000 RUB/mo), Radist.Online (free tier, WABA at 5,000 RUB/mo) and i2crm (from 1,990 RUB/mo). These are real services, but they are built for a different market: ruble pricing, an emphasis on the Russian software registry, MAX, Avito and VKontakte, and per-channel billing.
For Kazakhstan that means currency risk, no Kazakh language, no Kaspi and no local support. The names that actually come up locally and regionally are Wazzapo, GoFlow, Kelesu, Raycon, AISAR, CareHub, Chat2Desk, Teletype, TextBack and IntellectDialog — check each one against your CRM list and your billing currency.
Where Wazzup is still stronger
Honestly: if you run several CRMs and work across WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Viber, Avito and VKontakte at once, Wazzup covers that in one window and most alternatives do not. It has more ready integrations than the narrow tools, iOS and Android apps, and years on the market. If you barely broadcast, the message markup is irrelevant and there is no reason to switch.
Three cases justify leaving: you broadcast heavily and are paying the markup, you need AI that answers on its own, or Kazakh language, tenge billing and data residency in Kazakhstan are non-negotiable.
How to switch without losing your number
The number and the WhatsApp account stay yours if they are registered to your own Facebook Business account and the platform only has contractor access. Then switching is revoking access from one platform and granting it to another: the number, the verified business name and the payment history all stay put. If the account is registered to the platform, the number leaves with it. Check this before you start with any vendor, ours included.
Five checks before you choose
1. Who pays Meta for messages. If the platform resells messages at its own price and its own exchange rate, the markup scales with your broadcast volume. Model the full monthly bill, not just the subscription.
2. Does the bot answer, or do people answer. On the demo, ask a follow-up question that is not in any flow. Auto-replies and scripted bots do not replace a human no matter what the plan is called.
3. Is your CRM on the list. The integration count in marketing copy says nothing about yours. Open the list and look for amoCRM, Bitrix24, Kommo or whatever you actually run.
4. Tenge, Kazakh and local support. Billing in dollars or euros adds currency risk, and support in a distant time zone stretches your rollout.
5. The limits you find out about later. Chats per plan, a surcharge for WhatsApp groups, a minimum top-up, trial length — three days versus seven is a very different chance to evaluate a tool.
Frequently asked questions
What are the Wazzup alternatives in Kazakhstan?
For tenge billing and Kazakh, look at Wazzapo, GoFlow and Kelesu. For many channels cheaply, Umnico. For Bitrix24 plus WhatsApp only, WASync. If you need an AI agent that answers and calls rather than a connector, Pleep.
Does Wazzup have a real AI agent?
Per public comparisons, Wazzup has auto-replies, scripted chatbots and templates, but no AI that composes an answer from your CRM data. That is the fundamental difference: a connector delivers the message to a manager, an AI agent answers instead of one.
What is cheaper at high broadcast volume?
The model where you pay Meta directly. By WabaFlow's calculation, at 15,000 marketing messages the gap between Wazzup and GoFlow exceeds 389,000 KZT a month. If you rarely broadcast the difference is negligible and you should choose on channels and features.
Can I keep my number when switching?
Yes, if the WhatsApp account is registered to your Facebook Business account. Access is revoked from the old platform and granted to the new one, and the number stays with you. Confirm who the account is registered to in advance.
How is Pleep different from Wazzup?
Wazzup moves conversations into your CRM and managers reply. Pleep runs the conversation itself in WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram, calls by voice, continues in chat after the call, and takes payment right in the conversation through your payment gateway. Pricing starts at 42,380 KZT/mo on Light, and there is a model billed as a share of closed deals instead of a subscription.
Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes, if you are automating conversations. Automating through regular WhatsApp breaks Meta's rules and the number can be banned. For more on choosing a platform and on WABA pricing, see the breakdown of the best WhatsApp chatbots in Kazakhstan.
