To make communication even more natural, AI assistants from Pleep can now send multiple separate messages in response to one question — just like a human does. To enable this setting, go to the "Extensions" section and enable message splitting.

Answer Accuracy

As for "hallucinations" (when the AI assistant makes up information) — we increased answer accuracy to 96.3%(RAGBench test score) for all Pleep AI assistants. To have your assistant further increase answer accuracy, reload documents in the "Knowledge Base" section.

Availability

AI assistants based on Pleep Assistants are now available in beta testing. When creating a new Pleep AI assistant for your business, simply indicate that you'd like to try Pleep Assistants.
