Typing Indicator in WhatsApp and Instagram

The agent now shows a typing indicator. While the AI is preparing a response, the customer sees a typing animation — just like in a regular live chat. Previously, there was no feedback after sending a message, making it feel like the bot had frozen. Now the customer immediately sees that the agent received their message and is responding.
