Bitrix24 — Integration Update
We redesigned the open line logic: now one line is created per communication channel rather than per individual conversation. Channels — Chat and Telegram — are selected during integration setup.

The pipeline movement feature now works with deals. Previously it only worked with leads — but these are different entities in Bitrix24, and most customers needed deal support. You can select a pipeline and set rules: for example, move a deal to the "In Progress" stage at the start of a conversation.
We added auto-fill for deal card fields: set a condition and the AI fills in the relevant field with data from the conversation. Supported field types include text fields, dates in ISO 8601 format, and checkboxes.
The UI has been unified to match the amoCRM integration.
