Pleep won the Industrial AI Battle and received $10,000 from Kazakhtelecom

On February 1, 2025, the startup Pleep was among the winners of the Industrial AI Battle — a competition for innovative solutions in the field of artificial intelligence, held as part of the Digital Almaty 2025 forum. Out of more than 300 applications, 15 projects made it to the final, and our product was recognized as one of the most promising.

About the victory

Kazakhtelecom, the largest telecom operator in Kazakhstan, allocated $10,000 for Pleep's development, and the Minister of Digital Development Bagdat Musin personally noted the significance of our product in the context of developing national AI infrastructure.

"This solution can become part of everyday business communication in Kazakhstan," Musin commented during the announcement of results.

Development plans

We are directing these investments toward developing voice AI agents that will be able not only to text with clients, but also make voice calls, responding by voice in real time. This is the next step toward a multimodal AI salesperson that combines text and voice into a single system, fully imitating a human.
