Introducing detailed analytics in Pleep: measure your sales effectiveness

The Pleep team presents a new tool for measuring your sales effectiveness. Detailed analytics will show exact numbers: how much your AI salesperson earns and where clients are being lost.

The Problem

You launched an AI sales manager, it communicates with clients. But how much does it actually bring in money? Where do clients drop out of the funnel? Which stages require improvement? How does it work?

The system analyzes the last 100 chats in 5 minutes. Then new conversations are analyzed automatically every 24 hours. You get conversion to goal, response speed of the AI salesperson and operators, and time change graphs.

Practical example

34% conversion — two-thirds of clients leave. Reason: operator responds after 47 minutes, by which time the client has already forgotten about the request. Or 29% of chats end on the first message — the greeting doesn't work.

Percentage of chats with operator request shows 15%. You open these dialogues, find a pattern: clients ask about international delivery, the AI sales manager doesn't know the answer.
