Privacy Policy for Personal Data
This Privacy Policy for Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") is a public Agreement entered into between the owner of the service, Limited Liability Partnership "Pleep" (Seller), and the Buyer in accordance with Article 387 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is based on the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and its Protection" and applies to information containing the personal data of Buyers that the service https://pleep.app (hereinafter referred to as the "service") may obtain about Buyers during their use of the service's website.
1. Definition of Terms
- Personal Data - information relating to a specific or identifiable subject of personal data, recorded on an electronic, paper, and/or other material medium.
- Non-personal Data - information that is automatically transmitted during the process of the Buyer viewing advertising blocks and visiting pages where a statistical script system is installed: the address of the requested page, cookie information, IP address, browser information, referrer (the address of the previous page), access time.
- Collection of Personal Data - actions aimed at obtaining personal data.
- Processing of Personal Data - actions aimed at accumulating, storing, modifying, supplementing, using, disseminating, depersonalizing, blocking, and destroying personal data.
- Protection of Personal Data - a set of measures, including legal, organizational, and technical, carried out for the purposes established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection."
- Service - the Internet site located on a server in Almaty and having an Internet address at https://pleep.app, where subscription plans are offered to Buyers for purchase.
- Service of the Internet Site – all services available for use on the site https://pleep.app and its subdomains.
- Buyer – a user of the service.
- Seller – Limited Liability Partnership "Pleep," being the owner of the service, BIN 240440005668.
- Cookies — small text files into which the browser records data from the sites visited by Buyers. Cookies perform a number of functions, such as allowing the Buyer to efficiently navigate between pages, remembering their preferences, and thus improving the interaction experience with the service.
- IP Address — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built on the IP protocol, allowing the location of the Buyer to be determined. The service does not track the location more specifically than the city and region.
2. Subject of the Privacy Policy
- This Privacy Policy establishes the Seller's obligations for the non-disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data that the Buyer provides at the request of the Seller when registering on the service's website and/or when purchasing a subscription plan.
- Personal data allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the Buyer by filling out a registration form on the service's website and includes the following information:
- the Buyer's last name, first name, patronymic (patronymic – optional);
- the Buyer's contact phone number;
- the Buyer's email address.
- As part of the integration with Google Calendar, the service obtains and processes the following data:
- Calendar statuses (e.g., busy or free).
- Calendar events (including creation, modification, and deletion).
- Access and refresh tokens needed for authentication
- Google user data granted by the Buyer to the Seller by connecting the Google Calendar integration plugin through the service's interface is stored only for the duration necessary to provide plugin functionality. The Buyer can remove the Google Calendar integration plugin at any time through the service's interface, resulting in the invalidation of access and refresh tokens granted to the Seller, and the deletion of all related Google user data (including tokens) from the Seller's database.
- Any other personal information not specified above (browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is also subject to secure storage and non-disclosure, except in cases provided for in paragraphs 4.3.2. and 4.4. of this Privacy Policy.
3. Purposes of Collecting and Processing Buyers’ Personal Data
- The Seller collects, processes, and stores only the personal data necessary for the provision of Services.
- The Seller uses the Buyer's personal data for the following purposes:
- Identification of the Buyer for purchasing a subscription plan and concluding a Service Agreement;
- Processing and receiving payments from the Buyer;
- Providing effective customer support to the Buyer;
- Providing personalized Services to the Buyer;
- Communication with the Buyer, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the Services, the provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the Buyer;
- Improving the quality of the Services, their convenience of use, developing new Services and offers;
- Informing the Buyer about ongoing events and promotions;
- Conducting statistical and other research based on non-personal data, as well as optimizing advertising messages;
- Providing the ability for the service’s AI assistants to manage the Buyer's calendar (e.g., viewing available slots and scheduling appointments).
- The Seller is not responsible for information provided by the Buyer on the website in a publicly accessible form.
- The Seller is not responsible for any loss that the Buyer may incur as a result of their login and password becoming known to a third party.
- Any other personal information not specified above (browsers used, operating systems, etc.) is also subject to secure storage and non-disclosure, except in cases provided for in paragraphs 4.3.2. and 4.4. of this Privacy Policy.
4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
- The Buyer is obliged:
- To provide information about personal data necessary for using the service;
- To change, supplement the provided information in case of detecting incorrect data while using the service.
- The Buyer has the right:
- To access and edit personal data information at any time through the web interface provided within the services.
- The Seller is obliged:
- To use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy;
- To ensure the confidentiality of the received information, not to disclose without the prior written consent of the Buyer the personal data transferred, except for the transfer of data for the purpose of fulfilling the Buyer's order (to authorized state bodies, etc.), as well as to authorized state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- To take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the procedures generally used to protect such information;
- To use the received information, including Google user data related to Google Calendar, exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 3 of this Privacy Policy;
- To ensure the safe storage and protection of Google user data received through the Google API in accordance with established security standards, including token encryption.
- The Seller has the right to provide access to the collection and analysis of non-personal data of Buyers to third parties for statistical purposes and advertising optimization. The use of non-personal data by third parties is governed by their own privacy policies, and the service is not responsible for their use.
5. Other Conditions
- The Buyer's use of the service implies their unconditional acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the Buyer's personal data by the Seller.
- In case of disagreement with the terms of this Privacy Policy, the Buyer must cease using the Website and the service.
- This Privacy Policy applies only to the service website https://pleep.app and its subdomains. The service is not responsible for third-party websites that the Buyer may visit via links available on the service’s website.
- The Privacy Policy is hosted on the same domain as the website's homepage and is accessible to users via a direct link from the homepage and the OAuth consent screen.
- The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy to further improve the security system in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- The Seller is not responsible for the actions of third parties who gained access to the Buyer's information as a result of using the Internet, or for the consequences of using information that is accessible to any Internet user.
